Beat procrastination of writing using “The Most Dangerous Writing App”

I have published more than 270 articles in this blog now and I still have difficulties getting started, despite the fact that I may have a particular topic that I want to write about, or that I have already made a decision to start writing. I just find other things that I could be spending my time on and this makes me procrastinate and delay starting. However, once I get started, I am more likely to follow through and finish writing the article, as I have gained some momentum and want to go further and finish it. A friend of mine has informed me about a tool that I have used to get started for writing a few articles that I have already published here called TheMostDangerousWritingApp.

Improve the quality of your written English using Grammarly

Img source: Chrome Web Store

We spend a lot of time online writing emails, writing reports or documents that we need, but not all of us are native speakers of English. Moreover, even native speakers can have mistakes here and there because they may be in a rush and can not notice a small typo that they may have done. Breaking insecurities through writing

imagesI have been writing in this blog for quite some time now and have shared in social media a very small portion of the articles that I have written. I did not know the exact reason behind this strange hesitation that I had, so I decided to write about the actual reasons that I was not consciously aware of. After writing all the reasons that I thought were preventing me from sharing them, I figured out that none of them was something that should be considered as something reasonable. After seeing that there was not anything that could be taken seriously, I started sharing new articles from this blog and thus saw a considerable increase of readers of them. I have also used this similar technique to face some difficult situations that I have been in and have found it quite powerful and would like to share it with you and mention some of the reasons that I think make it efficient. If you are like me, you already have been hearing a lot of reasons that were mentioned to convince you to have goals, because you should have at least something to aim at, something can inspire you to take action. You do not simply enter in your car and drive 10 kilometers without having any idea about the destination that you are going to. Similarly, this should also serve as a reminder about the importance of having goals that are clear and that are also specifically defined, so that you know whether you achieved them or not. Use writing as an external brain

A lot of times in the past I have thought about something in my head and had the feeling that I already understood and knew how to do something, but when the time of action came, I repeatedly found that I used to skip some important concepts that have actually been gaps that cannot be ignored. I know that I am not the only about this, so that is why I am writing an article, because I want to tell you a good technique that I have found in overcoming this pattern. Continue reading

This is my first post in this blog where I try to mention and explain some of the reasons why I think you should keep a blog. In fact, I think this will also my public monologue, because it’s my first post and I don’t think that it will gain much traffic, but who knows, maybe it can be an inspiration to you reader (yes, I am talking to you) to go to that button and create a new blog.

This was probably not a good introduction, but I hope that in the future I will make some progress by writing, but also by hearing your feedback about my posts.

Now, let’s get back to the main topic of this post.

Blogging is something really popular these days, for several reasons, and answering the why  of the question that you may have is not very relevant to this post.
